Methodology

Coffees were always long blacks bought either on the way from West Hobart (morning) or Hobart CBD (lunch) to CSIRO Marine Laboratory during June/July 2017. Subject was not blinded, there was some replication (not at random). There is definitely evidence of autocorrelation in the series as the subject went from American standard coffee (☆☆☆☆☆) to Australian quality coffee (★★★★★), initial score may be higher but those coffee places are really good…
