Overnight oats - apple and cinnamon

Serves: 1 (make 1 pint ice cream tub-ish)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
- Put oats, milk and yogurt into a container with a lid, shake well
- Add other ingredients, shake.
- Leave in fridge overnight (keeps for 2 days).
